Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead Commercial Systems: Build a premier commercial and contract systems program that sets a global benchmark for efficiency and innovation.
  • Streamline End-to-End Contract Processes: Design and implement workflows for contract management, ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external experts, consultants, and industry leaders to enhance Dupless’s capabilities and market presence.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage advanced analytics and tools to track, analyze, and improve performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in commercial operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between operations, marketing, and project teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of commercial initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: MSc or PhD in Quantity Surveying is mandatory. Advanced certifications in commercial or contract management are a strong plus.
  • Experience: 10+ years in program management, commercial systems, or strategy roles, preferably in engineering, construction, or professional services industries.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to design and execute scalable systems for contract and commercial management, with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience working with customer databases and platforms; familiarity with Salesforce or similar tools is a plus.
