Responsibilities

• Build a Premier Network of Experts: Develop and manage a global network of construction, contract, and cost experts to support Dupless’s commercial and advisory initiatives.
• Design and Lead Expert Processes: Implement an end-to-end system for recruiting, onboarding, and managing expert relationships.
• Foster Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with leading academics, industry professionals, and firms to enhance Dupless’s capabilities and market reach.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, or relationship management, preferably in professional services, engineering, or construction.
• Expertise: Proven ability to recruit, engage, and manage relationships with high-level professionals and stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Strong track record of building and leading high-visibility programs from strategy through execution.
