As an Entry-Level Quantity Surveyor, you will assist with BoQ preparation, cost estimation, and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing detailed Bills of Quantities (BoQs).
• Support cost estimation and budgeting processes for various project phases.
• Conduct basic measurements and take-offs for material and labor costs.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather data and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Basic knowledge of BoQ preparation and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficiency in QS software tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, WinQS).
